Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.
- The item must not be a final sale or clearance item (as clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase).
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, is required to process any return.
Please note that due to the nature of certain products, some categories are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, undergarments, swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken), and earrings. For any item you are unsure about, please review the product description before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

- Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Follow the provided instructions to generate a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
- Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure, protective box. Include the return authorization form, or write your order number clearly on a slip of paper inside the package.
- Affix the provided shipping label (if one was issued during the return authorization process) to the outside of the package. If no label was provided, you are responsible for securely shipping the item back to our designated return processing center. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.
Once your return package is on its way, please allow a reasonable period for it to reach our facility and be inspected.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item(s) and complete an inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This notification will be sent to the contact method associated with your order.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or digital wallet such as Afterpay). Please understand that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account. The time frame depends entirely on their internal policies.
Non-refundable charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item (following the process above) and place a new, separate order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure the product you want remains in stock, as we cannot hold inventory for exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping every order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately through the customer support form on our website. You do not need to follow the standard return process for such cases.
In your message, please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo or video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item along with its packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards.
- Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on its product listing.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Intimate apparel and swimwear if the original hygiene seal is not intact.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your approved refund after a reasonable period, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It often takes additional time before a pending credit is officially posted to your account. If you have done this and still have not received your credit, please reach out to our support team for assistance. With your order number and the return tracking number, we can investigate the status for you.
